1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the Bewtay platform and its services. By accessing or using the Bewtay website, mobile app, and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"Bewtay" refers to this website and all its affiliated services, operators, and licensed entities. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any individual who has registered on Bewtay or is using the platform.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided on the website and by email before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on Bewtay, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country, whichever is higher. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts, opening additional accounts in the names of family members or friends, or using false information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all accounts will be suspended and balances will be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping the information provided at registration accurate and up to date. Any changes to personal details such as name, address, or phone number must be updated promptly. Keeping your account and password secure is entirely your responsibility.

• You may be required to submit a government-issued ID or driving license at the time of registration.
• Bewtay may request additional verification documents at any time.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
• Opening an account using another person's identity is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bewtay supports multiple payment methods, including mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections.

Deposits are generally processed instantly, though some delays may occur depending on your payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 15 minutes, please contact customer support immediately.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours after account verification is complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method used.

• Third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
• Suspicious transactions may be held for manual review.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bewtay is not responsible for any processing fees or bank charges.

4 Bonus & Promotion Rules

Bewtay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special tournaments. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For example, if a BDT 500 bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement, you must place BDT 5,000 in bets before making a withdrawal. A time limit applies to complete the wagering, typically 30 days.

Bonus abuse — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, manipulating the system, or placing low-risk bets — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension or closure.

• Only one bonus may be claimed per account at any given time.
• Certain games do not contribute to bonus wagering requirements, or contribute only partially.
• Winnings from bonus funds are transferred to your real balance only after the wagering requirements have been completed.
• Bewtay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

All games available on Bewtay are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified and audited by international regulatory bodies. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are detailed on the game information page.

All bets and game outcomes are final and valid as recorded in the Bewtay system. In the event of a dispute arising from a technical error or disconnection, Bewtay will review the log data and issue a final decision.

If an incorrect payout or win is awarded due to a software error, bug, or system malfunction, Bewtay reserves the right to void the transaction and correct the account balance. Players who participated in the affected game will have their original stake returned.

6 Prohibited Activities

Bewtay is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination upon detection:

• Fraud & Deception: Submitting fraudulent documents, using another person's identity, or committing credit card fraud.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same individual or household.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or multiplayer games.
• Money Laundering: Using the Bewtay platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback or initiating a payment dispute after a valid deposit has been made.
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or verbally abusing customer support staff or other players.

Accounts found to be involved in such activities will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited. Bewtay reserves the right to share information with law enforcement authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

Bewtay promotes responsible gaming and provides players with a range of tools to help them stay in control. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Play within your means and never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for 7 days to 6 months, or permanently.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bewtay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. This includes violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, regulatory compliance requirements, or ongoing verification processes.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support or directly through your account settings. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the closure is processed.

• If an account is suspended, the necessary steps will be taken to settle any pending bets.
• Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited.
• There is no option to reopen your account before the self-exclusion period has ended.
• Following account closure, Bewtay will retain relevant data in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

9 Limitation of Liability

While Bewtay strives to provide uninterrupted service, we are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or third-party service failures.

Bewtay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances. If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, device failure, or any other reason, Bewtay will resolve the matter fairly based on log data.

Bewtay's total legal liability is limited in respect of any single incident. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept these limitations of liability.

10 Legal Provisions & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international law. Any dispute will first be referred to Bewtay customer support for resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures will be followed.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Bewtay and the user and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
